Re: Can't create an Opportunity due to "Document Type issue"

Hi Naresh,

Error message might  occur due to incorrect scoping. Document type of this opportunity belongs to banking industry. In this system, banking industry is switched on , but the sub sections are not included which is causing inconsistency .

If Banking is required, you may do the following steps to get the correct scoping. If not, de-select the sub sections.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Choose Edit Project Scope button.
3. Go to Scoping and choose Industry Solution->Banking.
4. Either you can de-select Banking or select any sub sections.
5. Save your changes and finish the scoping.
