C4C Outlook Integration - Contacts for Service

Hi

If my Account has 10 Contacts, 5 of them meant for Sales and the other 5 for Service. Our Company has 1 Rep for Sales and a different Rep for Service.

How can I ensure that the 5 Sales Contacts do not sync to the Service Rep and vice versa? The Service Rep only wants to see his related service contacts in Outlook.

In Business ByDesign I can set the Rep responsible for the Contact in the Contact master thereby ensuring the Service Contact only syncs to the Service Rep. I don't find this Responsibility tab in the Contact where I can assign the specific Rep to the Contact?
