You can get the IP address of your AD server and update in the Host file of the BO server , where u have CMS.
host file locaiton.take bakup before modificaion.
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
But i dont think it will make much diffrence. let me know if it does!
Also does your AD page takes some time to load?
