My main aim is to INSERT MULTIPLE ROWS INTO THE TABLE TYPE.

As far as the above query goes i already have 5 records in the Region Table and both the IF statements would be executed. It is only putting one record since we are using the same variable TRACE_RECORD.

My question here is remains the same, i would like to insert multiple records into the table type.
