Could you help me with the following issue:
We created a new control mitigation and this need to be approved by control owner. The behavior is the following:
The control owner reveived the notification in SAP NWBC and can approve or reject the request, however in inbox doesn't receive any e-mail, and if we check the t-code SOST when we make this new control, the e-mail not appear. I think the configuration is correct. I sent some prints of set.
For the other processes the e-mails are working fine.
