          Thanks for your reply. I was able to generate quotas for other employees who were hired prior to 11/01/2015 with same EG and ESG. Please see the attached screenshot. For the period 11/01/2015 to 01/04/2016, the neg duduction to field was set as 88.00000-

When i tried to run the report RPTQTA00, i get the following error.
