Copying all reports from SAP BW backend using UJFS

Hi Experts,

Would like seek you help/advice on the following:

In SAP BPC 10.0 NW EPM Add-in for Excel client, we can copy only one report/input schedule from one folder to another. If we want to copy all the reports at a time from one folder to another, then we can do it using transaction code UJFS from back end.

My question - Is it advisable/recommended to tell/allow the Client/SuperUser ( who is having Admin rights) the process to copy reports using UJFS? Or Should it be done by BPC Consultant only?
