I have gone through the building blocks given by you, it shows a base line step which i already tried.

Some of the blogs says use CORO for creating rework order without material under material tab issue the BOM with -ve quantity and header material as +ve quantity. My question is by doing this whether my BOM components get updated in stock..? if yes, how the settlement rule is created (order or cost enter)..?

OR

If i use COR1 with rework order type, how to re reuse the customer return header material's BOM to produce same header material..?
