We have the same VBA error from the run-time error '-2147467261 (80004003)'.
Is this the same as what you got?
In our case, the Bex Add-ins is added to Excel.
The VBA error does appear sometimes even when we just open normal Excel files (without opening workbooks).
We can't reproduce the error yet.
