I don't know about Payroll for India (see SAP HCM Payroll India - ERP Human Capital Management - SCN Wiki), but I think that /561 would be remembered by the system in all Countries, even if you terminate the employee and re-hire him/her at a later date. When the next pay of the employee will be processed, one of the first things the program will do is to recuperate the Claim through WT /563.
If you can't make the appropriate tests in your Development (DEV) or Quality and test (QAT) environments, then do a Payroll Simulation for the following pay in your Production environment.
