Configure Emergency Access (EAM) in GRC 10
For FF Workflow, activate the standard Workflow like below.
Now, Go to NWBC->Setup and configure the Controller and Notification Settings for the controller like below.
In the third screen shot, Choose Notification By as WORKFLOW/EMAIL as per your requirement.
