The account identification results max hits is set to value in the backend configuration. In my case it is 100/
But when we identify an account and search by its first letter of the name ( just a wild search), the results are populated as more than 100 account found. But there is no field to key in a user defined nos. same as what is availaible in Agent inbox search.
My questions are :
Is this Standard SAP? If yes, then why for Inbox search the user has option to key in results nos where as in identify account not ?
In both cases since max hits is defined in the backend, which is restrictive so it does not allow the user to change the results nos so why we have the option in Inbox and not in Identify account
