Since recollecting for the employees is not an option, I see that leaves you with two options:
- As Rohit suggested, wait for SAP to provide a fix
- Use transaction SE16n in your productive environment to add the field PSMonth and the value 01 for everyone that should have it. Then recollect for your ALE and proceed with the remaining steps from there.
In my case, when we went live and generated the 1095s from our Prod system, SAP had not yet provided the UBASM feature. So I used se16n to add the value for the few people who had 00 as their plan month before generating the 1095s. I only tested UBASM in my quality environment to be sure the note works (I had to recollect for the persons). I do not intend to recollect for the persons in PROD because it will change other values that we do not wish to change.
