Hi Cristina,
Go to the Prepare room and sort the column in ascending order. Then select one of the field you need to replace. In your case it would be:1-Product A.
You would see all the similar values get highlighted, now you can replace this value in the Data Action panel as shown below,
The new value (01-Product A) gets updated and automatically moves to the top of the column.
