Yes is it, but it cannot be achieved with this setting, i have tested it. This setting is working for employees who chnage org units ie if employee transfers from Marketing to Finance the adminstrator from Marketing still have access teh record based on teh tolerance days set in T77S0 against AUTH DAys. That checks against this setting
Sadly it is not checking before it is always after, my requirement is for before.
