Prerequisites
● In SAP MDM Console you have created a Named Searches lookup table (flat or hierarchical). When adding this table, you need to use the Table Type Named Searches. The system overwrites the table name you have entered and changes it to Named Searches.
● In SAP MDM Data Manager you have added Named Searches in Named Searches lookup table and also mentioned the Main table.
Procedure
1. Open the MDM Data Manager in Record mode.
2. Run any relevant search in main table.
3. Open the Search menu, select the Set Named Search option, and select an entry.The entry belongs to the set you have assigned to the lookup table mentioned in the “Prerequisites”.
