I think you have missed the step 'Assign enhancement' in PM01 tcode.
PM01->singleScrn tab->enter 0002 in infotype->Assign enhancement(CTRL+F2).
Check if 'ZP000200' entry exits in program name for module pool MP000200. If not, create a new entry.
