Hi Garima,
After you enter CMC-> Access Level, you should copy-paste access level which you want to change. Then you should follow these steps
Chose access level which you have copied-> Included Rights -> Add or Removed Rights -> Application -> Web Intelligence -> Desktop Interface - enable local data providers.
