I've configured to call (view) a document from the DMS (CV01N) in the PI sheet (CO60 transaction) using the function module COPF_DOCUMENT_SHOW_DIRECT. I've assigned the document type, document number, document part and document version in the recipe for the material. This is working fine, however, the issue is how do I go about showing the latest revision of the document assigned in CV01N? User is forced to go and assign the latest revision number in the master recipe every time revision of the document changes and this is not what business wants to do. Is there any other way I should configure/set up so that I can call the latest version of the document in the PI sheet (CO60). I'm ok with any other approach which enables to bring up the latest version of the document in the PI sheet.
