Copying table entries from one client to another client of same system

Hello Colleagues ,

I am generating a service in gateway , and in the process inserting a entry in of the DB table. DA table is client dependent.

Now there are different clients of the system in which i am generating a service , and the Db entry is not there in other clients

Example :

System : ABC (000) - service gets generated , and DB entry is done.

              ABC (100)  - Service exists - but no DB entry.

Would you please let me know how DB entry can be replicated to other clients , While generating a service.
