Gross payroll without Time mangement for Saudi Region

Dear Experts,

I would like to know how to implement SAP HCM

OM,PA, Payroll only Gross Payroll without Time management for Saudi location.

I am already having implementation experience in OM and PA but would like to know Gross payroll without Time management

1) How  the factoring will be calculated

2) Is it mandatory to configure 0007 infotype

3) How to export and import to third party payroll. If it is there whether need to configure 15 and 14 infotypes and wage types.

4) How payroll  has to be posted to FI

Please throw deep insight about the above points even if any points to be considered along with this.
