You can still achieve this by using OFFSET..Right click your variable then click OFFSET, enter 0 for the 1st prompt then enter -2 for the 2nd prompt..

RESULT:

BUT if you are only using 1 variable with INTERVAL option, then you need to this offset thing in your customer exit code as suggested by Leszek..
