I am looking for a solution wherein, through Time evaluation Time wage types should be generated everyday and then should get stored in PY clusters.
So, even if employee changes his records falsely, we have a proof on the system that since he was not at work on that particular day, a wage type is generated showing zero hours in PY for that absence day.
Now as per your questions:
1) For what reason you want wage types either to capture absence or attendance.? should understand the requirement read the reply what i asked for.?
Ans: I want WT to capture both attendances and absences for every day.
2) Employee is absent fine, again attendance is created fine, that does not mean that employee will get salary for deducted one day we will have to pay or not ,wanted to pay, go through reply you will get an idea.
Ans: Obviously employee won't get paid for that absence, I just want to make sure that if such kind of situation arises, we know where to check it in order to find out the exact case of absence. I have already configured an unpaid leave on the system so employee won't get paid for any unpaid leave.
I only know how to generate Time WT with the help of table T510s, DAYMO function, MODIF operation
My question is: Do I need to generate WT for each day like from 1stJan-31st Jan, otherwise how system will capture zero hours in PY clusters for each day?
I have configured till generation of WT but then further, what logic it will take that I am not able to figure out since, the case could again arise in any other month apart from January. The logic should work for all the months and it will be achieved with the help of PCR only.
Please suggest how to solve this.
