I do not think that is possible through customising.
-One way you can have a different value from the Equipment master is to:
- First change the value of Planning plant in the Equipment master and Save.
- Create and Save the Equipment-Tasklist (with this changed value of Planning Plant)
- Then change the Planning plant value back to Original value in the Equipment master if it is required.
-Secondly, see whether the solution given by Ziv here using GuiXT works for you.
-And yet another way is to go for Transaction variant thorough SHD0 .
