Many shields are lowered here and, about collegues and bosses reading here, many ppl got just a nick or the name without surname or not got a pic (again, it's nothing wrong with it! 
): do you know how many Simone Milesi there are in Northen Italy? 
there are WHOLE villages where the only surname you found is "Milesi"
