Hi,
If employee is not present for whole month then you will maintain his absences as paid or unpaid. That time in you 1st PCR will play a role. In this PCR you can set the counter against WT2005 or you can use any VAR wage type. This wage type will be used to crosscheck for next PCR attendance bonus calculation.
