Hi Guys,
currently we are facing an issue with the merging of employee master data.
There is no problem to merge two employee master data with a user who has "SAP_ALL" authorization.
Only users who have restricted authorizations are afflicted from this problem. I already considered following authorization objects in a new PFCG-Role that I assigned the users with restricted authorizations:
- B_CLEAR
- S_BTCH_ADM
- S_BTCH_JOB
- S_PROGRAM
Problem description:
- The restricted users are able to create a cleansing case for employees. When the cleansing case has finished the archive flag isn't set for the source employee nor the relations have been updated in the master/source employee master data .
Question:
- Did you ever expirienced a similar behaviour of the SAP-System while merging employees and how did you solve it?
I appreciate any kind of hint regarding this issue.
