I have a scenario where I wanted to enable Onbehalf of concept for Employee Leave Request(which is not possible as in standard). So we decided to create a master page which lists all the sub ordinates of login user(Supervisor). On click on particular employee, standard Leave request application should be opened in another Master page of same view. Normally when the Leave request application is opened from launchpad, it will consider the login user and fetch details accordingly. So we thought of just changing the username to the username of employee clicked in the previous page.
Help us achieving it technically.
